wholesale
To place a wholesale order you must first download the Wholesale Account Form, complete and return via email, fax or parcel post.  Once we have your information we will then send you our wholesale order form and price list.

payment
We invoice and accept payment through PayPal.  Your invoice will be sent to your email account and will include a Pay Now button which will direct you to the PayPal secure site.  Don’t worry if you do not have a PayPal account, you will not be required to create one to make payment, simply click the “I do not have a PayPal account” button and follow the instructions.

Production will not begin on your order until payment has been received.

**Payment must be received within three days or your transaction will be cancelled.

lead times
Because of the handmade construction of Yellow & Blu pillows, please allow two to three weeks for your order to be completed and shipped.  We will make every effort to fill your order as soon as possible!

colors
Please note that due to the fact that designs are created using repurposed fabrics, color shades may vary from what you see on the website.  We are happy to take requests for fabric shade preferences (soft pinks versus bold pinks for example) and will make every effort to accommodate.

shipping
Shipping costs are calculated once your order is placed and will be included in your invoice.

Please be sure to inspect your package once it arrives and note damage of any kind on the delivery receipt.  Notify the carrier to request an inspection or file a freight claim if the package has been damaged in shipping.

Please note that refusal to accept a delivery from the carrier does not relieve you of the responsibility for payment.
